We test for a variety of circumstances.  Be it business, law or the public domain, we can help in many situations.  However, be aware that we adhere to certain laws and guidelines that have been made to protect you and your constitutional rights, and we will not bend or break those regulations.

Legal / Defense      

Martin and Associates offers services to attorneys and their clients.  We will test for any type of circumstances.

Pre-Employment Testing

We adhere strictly to the Employee Polygraph Protection Act (EPPA) laws and guidelines for testing.  The Employee Polygraph Protection Act rules our ability to test, so not all companies may test for pre-employment.

Theft

Are your employees stealing from you?  Did the person watching your vacation home do damage, or steal the silver?  We can find out.  (Subject to the EPPA as cited above.)

Relationship/Infidelity

We will conduct exams concerning infidelity (cheating spouse).  These exams are conducted to ascertain if a spouse or significant other is committing adultery or other acts of indiscretion.  These situations are treated very carefully due to the temperament of the domestic relationship.  Please keep in mind, we are in the business of finding the truth and when given the truth, you must be prepared to deal with it, no matter what the truth may be.  Problems do not magically disappear with a test result.  Please remember, our testing will not solve your problems, but it will give you the truth. There are other aspect to relationship exams.  We cover domestic violence, sexual assault and issues that occur with divorce proceedings such as missing property, child custody and child support. 

Sex Offenders
 

Many states now require that post convicted offenders take regular truth verification exams to prove they are no longer committing these acts.

Casinos

The hallmark in the casino industry is security.  We offer tests that will greatly enhance the security of any operation. 

Sporting Events/Fishing Tournaments
We have been at the forefront of developing the testing criteria for fishing tournaments across the Midwest.  We presently test for many fishing tournament series in Missouri and all across the Southern and Central United States.
